Driving from Hwy. 97 Parkway going south: Take
Hawthorne St. exit to downtown Bend. Stay straight and the
street turns into Oregon St. Go across Bond St. Take a left
onto Wall St. Bend Bungalow is on your right, just a few

Revere St. exit. Turn left off off-ramp. Turn left at light onto
Hill St. Go straight through light at Portland St., then straight
again through light at Newport/Greenwood. You're now in

into Greenwood Ave., which brings you to downtown. Take

Returns/Exchanges:
To return/exchange regular merchandise or to exchange coupon merchandise:
- Regular merchandise: can be easily returned or exchanged (see instructions below).
- Special-order items, sale items, and antiques: are final sale (no returns or exchanges).
- Coupon orders: If you use any of our coupons, items in that order can be exchanged for merchandise or store credit (no
returns). - Tibetan rugs: cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed defective by the manufacturer.

- Call or email for return authorization within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We cannot honor returns without pre-
authorization. - Authorized returns must then be postmarked within 3 business days and shipped insured back to Bend Bungalow in the
original packing, in undamaged/unused condition. - For undamaged returns, you will be credited for the purchase amount. Shipping is not refundable. Items that are
damaged by your return shipper are not eligible for refund. - For exchanges, simply follow the return instructions above, telling us what items you would like to order instead, or if you
would like us to hold store credit for future use.
